Bubble wrap envelopes are best suited for shipping light to medium weight goods, such as Jewellery, books, DVD, CD, spare parts, office and stationery, electronics, mobile phones and accessories, clothing, textiles, toys, small parts and many other products.
Thanks to the padding provided by the 50 mµ thick film, even fragile products are protected from impact. Due to the strong paper and the PE coating, the air cushion envelopes are water-repellent, robust and hard-wearing. We do not neglect environmental friendliness, because these shipping bags can be easily separated into paper and plastic and are therefore 100% recyclable.
You have 2 ways to close the air cushion bags for the dispatch. These would be:
- Self-adhesive closure with peel-off strip. The adhesive is age and temperature resistant from -20°C to +60°C.
- The bubble wrapped envelopes have holes for flat head staples for sending goods and book shipments.
To do this, loosen the peel-off strip and stick the flap onto the transparent film, which is located on the back of the bubble envelope. This enables the bag to be re-closed, which is also necessary for a consignment of goods or books at the German post office.
Note: During production, tolerance deviations of up to 3 mm may occur.
