Finding the right cardboard packaging for sensitive products is an important prerequisite for safe and reliable shipping. The right shipping carton must have various properties and, in the best case, be able to adapt individually to the product. This precise labelling facilitates communication for both manufacturers and customers. Thus, each type of packaging is given a precise four-digit code which indicates the individual FEFCO types. The first two digits of the FEFCO code stand for one of the nine basic types, which can be folding boxes, sliding boxes or glued boxes, among others. There are now corresponding codes for around 200 different forms of packaging. This means that every shape and variant of packaging has an individual code to enable it to be clearly assigned.

1- and 2-wall corrugated board fixation packaging with high-quality PE fixation film

Fixing packaging is available in different designs and dimensions, so that an individual adaptation to the product and thus also an extremely safe dispatch are possible. What is the same for all packaging is the extremely stable corrugated cardboard, which can usually be 1-wall or 2-wall, and the high-quality PE fixing film to securely fix the product. A distinction can be made between one-piece and two-piece packaging. In a two-part film fixation pack, the film is attached to a separate fixation insert and can therefore be completely removed from the carton. The one-piece fixation packaging is available in different sizes. The smallest shipping packaging is already available in DIN C5 format. The dimensions are 160 mm in length, 120 mm in width and 40 mm in height. Cartons with these dimensions are suitable for the secure shipping of small products such as a mobile phone and smaller electrical parts such as computer accessories. With the one-piece fixation packaging, dimensions of up to 280 mm in length, 210 mm in width and 60 mm in height are also possible, which corresponds to the DIN A4 format. This means that notebooks and tablets can also be shipped safely. Of course, individual sizes are also possible so that sensitive products can be accommodated. Due to the different dimensions, the right packaging can always be chosen so that every product is securely packed.

Since the one-piece packaging consists of one piece, it is also called an all-in-one solution. The product to be packaged is quickly and securely fixed under the film. With this variant, the surrounding packaging is for wrapping and can thus securely enclose the packaged product. Slippage is thus ruled out, because everything is securely fixed in place and safely protected by both the film and the box. Thanks to the self-adhesive closure, the box can be closed easily and securely.

The two-part shipping fixation packaging is also available in different sizes and designs. Both the film fixing insert and the matching carton are available separately. As with the one-piece packaging, the required dimensions depend on the products to be packaged and different versions are available. For example, there are smaller fusible interleaves with films in DIN C6 format and with dimensions of 135 mm x 110 mm x 30 mm for packaging smartphones and smaller electrical accessories. Likewise, there are corresponding fixing inserts for 17" notebooks with external dimensions of 495 mm x 345 mm x 105 mm.

The fixing inserts are constructed in such a way that the respective packaged goods are placed under the film and then the box is folded over at the sides so that the film is stretched over the product. This tension holds the contents securely in place and prevents them from slipping during transport. The extremely strong corrugated cardboard box provides additional stability so that a very high level of product protection is guaranteed. Suitable shipping cartons for fusible interlinings with films

There is a matching shipping box for every fusible interlining with film. Here the fusible interlining is inserted with the packaged goods and sealed. Furthermore, there are also corresponding folding boxes in different sizes. The folding cartons are available with both 1-corrugated and 2-corrugated cardboard. The corrugated cardboard provides a high degree of stability and thus also appropriate protection for the contents. Due to its construction and structure, corrugated cardboard is one of the extremely strong packaging materials and therefore offers a very high level of protection against external influences such as shocks or impacts.

Due to the simple, self-adhesive fixation, the insert can be used in any position and adapts to the product to be packed. With a corresponding folding box, everything can be securely packed and closed. The fusible interlining is also opened by a corresponding tear strip in the middle of the interlining. Shipping with padded nap foam packaging

When shipping small electronic devices and components, it is particularly important to ship them securely, as these products are sensitive and must be transported with appropriate care. Both electronic devices, such as mobile phones, and sensitive computer components must therefore be particularly well padded. Nubbly foam packaging is particularly suitable for this purpose. This fixing packaging is equipped with an appropriate nap foam, therefore often also called nap foam packaging, whereby sensitive products are particularly protected, because the foam encloses the respective part.
