Copy- and printing-paper
Which paper to use for copying or printing?
The question of copying or printing no longer arises in the age of modern multifunction devices: the paper used must be suitable for both inkjet printers and lasers and ensure a clean typeface. It is only explicitly referred to as printer paper if it is optimized for special tasks; e.g. coated paper for high-quality photo printing.
Quality differences exist only in the degree of whiteness: If it does not have to be a high, representative quality, cheaper copy paper can be used; for purely informal writing, recycled paper, which is easily recognizable as such due to its bright color, is also sufficient.
.So don't be confused: Copy paper or printer paper is not the question here!
