Use
The brown Fix erecting carton is an all-rounder. It can be used in small or large format as needed, also without any disadvantages in stability, so it may be worthwhile to use the box several times for shipping. For private and commercial moves, it saves a lot of space in the transporter due to its standard external dimensions. Moving goods are well protected behind the cardboard walls from bumps, scratches and other mechanical influences. When used as a storage box in the archive, its protective function against dust and moisture stands out.
Special features
It is difficult to determine the necessary carton size immediately suitable for shipping or even moving. This common transport and packing problem is solved by the Fix erecting carton in a very simple way, because thanks to the height grooves the carton can be cut down to the appropriate size. This makes it a multi-purpose helper for small, medium-high or high packing and easily carries light or medium-heavy contents to their destination. Assembly with the push-fit automatic base is as easy as setting it to the optimum packing height.
Material
The Fix erecting carton is made of corrugated board, a natural material from certified forestry. The high stability of the cartons is due to the fine corrugation, which distributes and dissipates loads evenly over the material edges and corrugations. The cartons are even more stable because they are cut from one piece. For subsequent assembly, only the appropriately pre-punched bend points need to be folded over. This eliminates further weak points caused by otherwise common connecting seams. There are several grooves on all sides of the cover flaps, which can be bent individually. After filling, only the lid has to be closed with parcel tape.
Assembly instructions
1. Unfold the box and fix the automatic bottom.
2. Fill and adjust the filling height as desired.
3. Close the box with adhesive tape.
