Use
These envelopes are well suited for shipping documents, catalogs or angular items with flat outer shapes. DVDs, CDs and similar electronic items are also safely protected from mechanical stress in them. Due to the stable shape and edges protected from injury, fast filling is convenient even in bulk shipping. All materials from the envelope to the glue can be fully recycled. Raw materials are obtained without pollutants from sustainable forestry.
Special features
This sturdy mailing envelope in paper sizes from a5 to a4 oversize is extremely resilient and even suitable for overfilling. Both long sides are embossed in such a way that they can still hold a few millimeters of thick brochures. This means that books and documents up to 50 millimeters thick can be shipped safely. To prevent tearing during transport, the pockets are equipped with buckling and edge protection. The dual closure system consists of an adhesive strip on the inside of the closure flap and an integrated tear strip slightly above the outer edge.
Material
The premium envelope is made of brown or white solid cardboard of low weight and high tear strength. The dimensions correspond to the letter and document standard in postal dispatch between din a5 and din a4 Plus. The strong stability remains even in case of low humidity influences. Contents are protected against shock and vibration at all times during transport. The non-sealed or printed surface can be printed, labeled, stamped or inscribed as desired. A safety wave cut of the upper bag edges protects against injuries during packing.
Assembly instructions
1. Slide the goods into the bag so that they do not protrude beyond the opening.
2. Remove the silicone tape from the flap and press the self-adhesive tape onto the shipping bag.
3. There is a tear strip on the flap that rips it open to clear the opening.
4. The flap has two marked areas for resealing where the metal clips can be pushed through.
