Usage
As shipping packaging, moving help and for transporting medicines or cosmetics, the lightweight, sturdy cartons are well suited. When erected, the shipping cartons are flat, medium high or high ready in a few simple steps. The entire material is made of recycled paper, so it is a resource-saving shipping option. After use, it is disposed of in the paper container. This means that it can be recycled again without the need for time-consuming preparation. Only a small area is needed to store the folding cartons. They are supplied flat in bundles.
Special features
Slip cartons of this quality reliably seal contents without the need for a self-adhesive closure. They are delivered flat and can be erected in just a few steps. All foldable components are pre-stamped for this purpose. When unpacking at the destination, the lid is simply opened along the pre-embossed tear edge. A handle recess facilitates handling. The plain corrugated board is not surface-treated and has a safety corrugated cut all around for user protection. Documents and prints up to din a4 can be packed in various model heights. Additional filling material, such as paper chips, is recommended for loose small parts.
Material
The slipcase is made of sturdy, lightweight corrugated cardboard. The brown color is not a surface print, but the natural cardboard quality of the material. The cardboard is made of one piece. Its side surfaces and the front closure surface are obtained by unfolding and folding. To close, simply join the corresponding insertion points together. Additional gluing is not necessary. The corrugated board with its protective function is suitable for packaging small and light articles and, depending on the carton height, for paper inserts, folders, boxes and similar product shapes up to din a4.
Assembly instructions
1. The cardboard box is delivered flat in two parts. First erect the two parts consisting of lid and base.
2. Once the lid and base are erected, the product to be shipped can be placed inside the carton. To close the box, simply slip the lid over the base.
