Usage
This environmentally friendly corrugated cardboard fusible interlining is used for shipping delicate items in a shipping package. Gaps on the side of the article can be filled with filling chips made of recycled paper and thus secured. On top of each comes the fixing aid, which ensures that the item or items do not slip. For the optimum fixed position, it is simply pressed down firmly to the height of the packaged goods after insertion. Advantageous for the use with large dispatch volume is the simple handling. This ensures fast packing for break-proof and shock-proof transport.
Special features
In large shipping packages, several items can be packed with this fusible interlining. Flaps are embossed on the edges. These are folded over for insertion and the insert is pressed down completely to item height. The silicone tape is then removed from the strong self-adhesive seal and the insert is glued in place. Recipients can effortlessly open the inserted fusible interlining with the incorporated tear strip. This eliminates the need for cumbersome, complete removal from the carton. When using several fixation inserts in one package, all items between the tiers are well protected from mechanical transport stresses.
Material
The fusible interleaves are made of corrugated cardboard, a classic paper product with extremely resilient properties. This cardboard is characterized by its high stability. There are no harmful substances in the adhesive and the silicone tape that sits on top of it. Thus, both materials can be removed during recycling in an environmentally neutral way. Tear strip and cardboard can be returned to the material cycle in their existing quality. No time-consuming reprocessing is necessary. Likewise, the materials can be used several times for other purposes for a long time with the same stable functionality.
Assembly instructions
1. First, place the packaged goods in the carton.
2. Take the fusible interlining and crepe it.
3. Remove the silicone tape from the self-adhesive seal.
4. Next, place the fusible interlining on the packaged goods and press it down while simultaneously pressing on the fusible flaps.
5. No sharp blade is needed for opening, there is the tear strip on the side for that.
