Use
The Flixbox Return protects light to medium-weight, small and sensitive contents confidently against mechanical transport stresses. It is suitable for quick, clean packaging in warehouse logistics and small retail stores. At will, the carton can be decorated, painted, labeled or glued due to its uncoated surface. Additional closing of the lid with adhesive tape is unnecessary. When the Flixbox is no longer needed, it can be disposed of in an environmentally friendly way together with the adhesive tape in the paper waste and thus recycled.
Special features
The Flixbox Return in various dimensions is well suited for shipping light office supplies, spare parts or medical products. The handling for unfolding, filling and closing is simple, so that even many small and medium-sized items can be packed quickly and stably. Re-sealing is effortless and clean for returns by the shippers with the help of the second self-adhesive seal with the same strong adhesive force. By manufacturing the cartons from one die-cut piece, the risk of tearing at weak points of the side edges is eliminated.
Material
The shape of the carton made of single wall corrugated cardboard punched in one piece. For later assembly, it has pre-pressed bends on all edges. For assembly, it is only unfolded and the bottom surfaces are pressed in at the sides. The box is immediately ready for packing. The high load-bearing capacity of the material also allows it to be shipped in stacked and thus space-saving form. To close, the first self-adhesive closure is torn off and the lid surface is pressed onto the other side. The second closure is intended for use in case of a necessary return shipment.
Assembly instructions
1. Erect the box and fix the bottom.
2. Fill with the goods to be shipped and secure them with filling material if necessary.
3. Close the box using the self-adhesive seal.
4. The integrated tear strip can be used to open the box.
