Use
Everywhere in logistics, shipping companies or movers, the shipping transport box with SuperFLAP is a solid and fast packaging solution. The material protects contents of any size, weight and even fragile goods. It can be stacked and placed close together, rotated and transported on rolling conveyors. The adhesive function is activated only when the silicone strip on the base and lid is removed. Accidental closing is thus ruled out at every stage of packaging. High stability, superior dust and moisture protection during long storage of contents as well as the recyclability of the cardboard material are additional features of this model.
Special features
The shipping transport carton with SuperFLAP combines several necessary functions in one carton. Light or heavy, small or large contents are packed at variable heights. The closing flaps remain down during filling. This allows the carton to be transported to further packing stations via roller conveyors without additional handling. Once filling is complete, the bottom closure flaps, which are pushed inwards, are fixed in place with the integrated self-adhesive closure. The carton can be opened easily and conveniently using the tear strip. The carton can be resealed for return shipments or for further shipping.
Material
Corrugated cardboard is a traditionally stable material. It is also used for shipping transport carton. It creates an optimal protection for the transported goods from any external damage, especially from mechanical stress. The cartons are built up of several flaps, flaps and strips, altogether from a single piece of cardboard. As a result, there are fewer weak points, because no additional connections are required for the edges and sides.
Assembly instructions
1. Unfold the carton and fold the top flaps down, the carton is now open.
2. Fold the bottom flaps inwards, fill the carton and close it with the self-adhesive seal.
3. The tear strip can be used to open.
