Use
The dimensions of these envelopes correspond to the standards in the postal service. Depending on the model, they range from a5 to a4 Plus. In thickness, they can be filled with items up to 30 millimeters in height. The open edges protect against possible injuries during handling due to the safety wave cut. This shipping packaging is a particularly environmentally friendly product. The raw materials from sustainable forestry are processed in an extra economical way. There are no harmful substances in the corrugated cardboard or in the glue. Thus, the bags can be fully recycled afterwards.
Special features
Sometimes flat books, brochures or documents can only be slid into mailing bags with difficulty. This is easier and faster with a cross closure. At the same time, this quality is characterized by a low dead weight and high stability against shocks, vibrations or falls. The buckling protection protects even a few inserted papers from buckling. The dual closure system consists of a self-adhesive strip under a protective strip of silicone on the inside of the closure flap. On the outside, just above the closing edge, a tear strip is incorporated into the material, allowing the box to be opened quickly and cleanly.
Material
The lightweight corrugated cardboard used for the mailing bags is produced in a particularly economical and environmentally friendly manner in economy quality. Labels can be glued on the uncoated, brown surface, stamps can be applied or advertising prints can be placed. Despite robust pocket walls, these are sufficiently flexible to allow a few more millimeters to be inserted for thick documents. If necessary, the pockets can also withstand multiple removal and insertion of contents over a long period of use.
Assembly instructions
1. Fill the shipping bag with your transported goods so that you can still close the bag without any problems.
2. There is a silicone tape on the closure flap that needs to be removed so that the self-adhesive closure can be pressed onto the bag.
3. On the side is the tear strip, with which you can open the bag again.
