Use
For mailing documents, certificates, brochures or books, solid board envelopes are standard packaging. They are easy to handle, easy to stack and can be printed as required for advertising purposes. They can also be marked with stamps or labeled without any problems. The solid board material comes from FSC-certified forestry and contains no harmful substances. This means that the bags can be disposed of in paper waste and returned to the material cycle. Likewise, the surface color is

Special features
The solid board mailing bags correspond to the usual formats for envelopes from a5 to A4 oversize. They are equipped with bend protection and all-round edge protection. The double closure system prevents accidental opening during transport. For closing, there is a self-adhesive closure on the flap under an environmentally friendly silicone strip. The solid cardboard can be printed, stamped or pasted as required. With high stability of the walls and edges, even contents of unfavorable shape and thickness can be inserted ready for shipment.
Material
The material solid board is so strong that together with the buckling and edge protection it is extremely tear-resistant. Nevertheless, it is flexible to a certain extent and can easily accommodate items up to 30 millimeters thick when shaped as a shipping bag. Flat, electronic items such as DVDs or CDs are well protected in it against shocks, bumps and falls. The self-adhesive seal consists of an environmentally friendly adhesive. It adheres very well. Recipients open the mailer extremely easily by pulling on the integrated tear strip at the end of the closure flap.

1. Open and fill the bag.
2. Close the bag with the self-adhesive closure.
