Use
Usually, flat items such as letters, documents, brochures or catalogs are inserted lengthwise into the shipping packaging. Here, they are inserted crosswise instead. Thick contents can be filled more quickly with the same level of protection. The solid board in white has a low dead weight, which can save on shipping costs. The equipment includes bend protection and self-adhesive strips. During transport, even flat electronic goods such as CDs or DVDs are well protected against shocks, bumps and falls.
Special features
Shipping bags made of solid board belong to common shipping packaging, especially in postal shipping. Here, in contrast to similar, but thicker shipping bags, the cheaper postage may be required due to the low dead weight. Advantageous from the beginning to the end in the use is the texture from sustainable raw materials. For the solid board, paper is obtained from trees from sustainable forestry. After shipping, the mailing envelope can be recycled. It does not contain any harmful substances, which is good for reprocessing without any special effort.
Material
The white solid cardboard of this shipping wrap has a smooth surface, but not coated or sealed. Therefore, it can be printed as desired, for example, with advertising messages. Stamp imprints are easily recognizable and do not smudge. Shipping identification by labeling is also possible. To seal the envelope, simply pull the silicone strip off the flap and press the adhesive strip underneath firmly onto the envelope. A tear strip is located on the back of the flap for opening by the recipient. Even inserting contents with thick edges does not affect the tear strength of the overall material.
Assembly instructions
1. Fill the envelope with the contents from the top as if it were a letter, not exceeding a height of approx. 30 mm.
2. Pull off the silicone tape from the flap and stick the self-adhesive seal on the envelope.
3. The address can be written on the envelope, but also printed with a stamp. The surface protects against smudging of writing and stamp.
4. To open the envelope, a tear strip is ready to be used to tear open the flap.
