Use
Square shipping tubes are ideal for shipping long or rolled goods. They safely transport the goods to be shipped to the destination and protect them from damage in transit. This model is made of grass cardboard and offers a better environmental balance than the version made of pure corrugated cardboard. This is because grass cardboard is also corrugated cardboard, except that less virgin fiber has been used in its manufacture and grass has been added as an additional material instead. This saves energy and water in production.
Special features
Thanks to the square diameter, they reliably protect the goods and can be stacked very easily. Machine labeling is possible without hesitation. Thanks to the mixed material grass cardboard, they offer a very good ecological balance.
Material
Grass cartons are made of extra strong corrugated cardboard and are environmentally friendly. With their long, narrow format, they are ideal for sending posters and printed matter of all kinds. Even sensitive fine art prints are well protected. To turn wood into paper, the cellulose must be separated from the lignin. This is a complex process and only possible with chemicals. Conversely, no chemicals are needed to make paper from grass. Grass cardboard mailing tubes square are made of 40% paper and 60% recycled paper.
Assembly instructions
1. Erect the flat cardboard.
2. Close the bottom side using the self-adhesive seal and insert the goods to be shipped.
3. Close the top side as well and stick a shipping label on it.
4. The shipping tube can be easily opened by the tear thread.
