Use
When transporting narrow, long workpieces in construction, moving or sales shipping, the shipping sleeves are a stable, protective and space-saving solution. The shipping sleeves can stand next to each other without gaps or be stacked on top of each other. The stacking possibility makes the use a practical solution for warehouse and logistics. Space savings are already offered by delivery as a flat cardboard bundle. After unpacking, the packaging material can be completely disposed of with paper waste, thus returning to the recycling cycle in an environmentally friendly manner.
Special features
These rectangular shipping cartons make it possible to transport long goods such as poles, rolled screens, umbrellas or posters. Many narrow, long and heavy items are also safely protected in the sturdy walls made of corrugated cardboard. For closing, the sleeves are equipped with hinged inner flaps. The integrated tear strip can be used for opening. The outer dimensions have been selected so that no bulky goods costs have to be paid for postal shipping and courier services. The rectangular shape with straight surfaces reliably prevents stacked tubes from rolling away.
Material
The corrugated board of this shipping packaging comes from sustainable forestry with fsc certification. It is characterized in this quality by extreme resilience. High tensile strength is guaranteed by the production from one piece and stable embossing lines. These resilient properties are increased by folding and tucking the sides, bottom and lid. The untreated surface is also suitable for machine labeling. This means that even bulk products of the same dimensions can be packaged and addressed quickly. Neither the corrugated board nor the self-adhesive mechanism contain any harmful substances.
Assembly instructions
1. The flat lying box simply needs to be erected.
2. Next, place the side inner flaps on top of each other so that the opening is closed.
3. Peel off the protective film from the self-adhesive closure and press it against the flap.
4. The tear tape on the flap is used for secure opening.
