Use
The telescopic sleeves are used to extend square shipping sleeves to ship extra long items, for this purpose the telescopic sleeve is glued directly to the shipping sleeve. But it can also be used individually to ship long items or alternatively used as a storage sleeve. For example, construction site materials, rolled canvases, posters and similar items - labeled if required - can be stored here in a space-saving way, ready to hand. The space saving already starts with the delivery of the transport sleeves in flat basic form. After use, the corrugated cardboard can be disposed of via paper waste. Recycling is easy and environmentally friendly, as there are no harmful substances in any of the components.
Special features
From the Knirps umbrella to the long construction pole, all long shipping items are solidly packed in the rectangular long sleeve. Heavy items remain safely protected even during violent transport movements. For this purpose, the walls made of corrugated board are characterized by extreme resilience. The functionality and high tensile strength is achieved by the nature of one piece with embossed crease lines. At the top, the sleeve is closed with the inner flap. At the destination, the sleeve can be easily opened with the help of the tear thread. Bulky charges do not have to be paid by any postal and courier service due to its dimensions.
Material
From manufacturing to shipping, these rectangular shipping sleeves are sustainable. The raw material for the corrugated cardboard comes from sustainable forestry. The untreated material comes as a flat shipping sleeve. It can be easily labeled by machine. No closure edge needs to be glued. Transport protection and secure closure is achieved solely by well thought-out folding technique and insertion of the appropriate tabs. Stacking of several sleeves protects even the lowest stacked articles from pressure loads due to good weight distribution and optimum external dimensions. Temporary light moisture does not affect the stability of the sides and edges.
Assembly instructions
1. Take the box in hand and close one end with the adhesive tab and self-adhesive closure.
2. From the other side, also pull the silicone tape from the self-adhesive closures.
3. Press the tabs outward so that they stick out from the box. Now slide the second box through the opening.
4. Once the second box has reached the correct depth, press the tabs with the self-adhesive closures against it.
5. The tear strip at the end of the box is used for opening later.
