Use
Umbrellas, posters, canvases - all round objects with a suitable diameter can be shipped well protected in the trapezoids. The shipping packaging keeps its shape and withstands minor contact with moisture, such as rain during loading and unloading. When the trapezoids are no longer needed, the material can be completely disposed of in the paper waste and thus recycled.
Special features
Shipping of long, round items is possible in this trapezoidal packaging without bulky goods surcharge. At the same time, mechanical loads are evenly distributed over the slanted edges. This reliably diverts forces that could cause damage away from the packaged items. The mold is made from a single piece and is pre-stamped with folding points. With just a few simple movements and folds, the trapezoidal packaging is ready for use in front of you. It is closed for shipping via a self-adhesive closure. The opening with handle cutout and tuck flap is sturdy enough for multiple reuse.
Material
The material quality of double corrugated cardboard offers solid transport protection. Even with multiple use as shipping packaging, the protective function is reliably maintained. The cartons are delivered in flat form, therefore space-saving. After setting up and filling, several trapezoidal cartons can be stacked to prevent tipping. For bulk shipping, the packages are also suitable for machine labeling. To seal them, simply peel off the silicone tape and press the self-adhesive strip firmly onto the carton side. Recipients open the cartons from the top with the reusable opening tab.
Assembly instructions
1. The flat trapezoidal shipping box can be quickly erected.
2. Once assembled, the box is tightened with the self-adhesive closure.
3. Now the goods to be shipped can be inserted at the side openings. To close, simply close the flaps of the carton.
4. The carton can be pressed in at the marked point to open the box again.
