Many fixing cartons are also equipped with a self-adhesive seal or a flap that ensures that the carton is subsequently closed. If you are not sure whether your goods have been fixed in the package without any filling materials, do the well-known shake test. Gently shake the sealed carton back and forth. An unsecured product would move freely inside. How to pack your product with one-piece retention packaging
1-piece fuser packs are particularly convincing in practice due to their time and material-saving use. This makes them an ideal packaging material for many companies, mail order companies or logistics entrepreneurs. In the first step, you should have your product and the retention boxes ready for the packaging process. The product is then slid under the film, which should be easy to do before folding over the flap. You should not worry about how tight the film is yet. Simply place your product as centrally as possible and close to the box. Then fold the flap over to tighten the film. The product should now actually be tightly wrapped in the film. The article is thus fixed and slipping is made almost impossible. The cardboard is now folded over once more so that it can be placed around the cardboard blank. Then fold up the sides to give the shipping box its shape. Last but not least, fold over the lid flap. You can now close the box with the existing flap. If you want to make sure that the box is well sealed, you can use adhesive tape.
Sending one-piece retention boxes at low-price as a "Warensendung"
"Warensendung" is the term used by Deutsche Post to describe a specific shipment format. The decisive factor here is that it is a postage-saving alternative in comparison to other shipment options.
The requirements for a "Warensendung" type of shipment
- The item must be a commodity
- The packaging must be open or resealable
- The packaging must bear the indication "Warensendung"
Due to the shipping flap, which makes it unnecessary to close the package, one-piece fixation boxes meet all the requirements for the open shipment of goods. With the requirements, Swiss Post only wants to ensure that it is possible to check the contents. This serves to check whether the item being shipped actually belongs to the category of goods. You do not have an option for tracking or insured shipping with open goods shipments. Nevertheless, the big advantage here is the price, which is particularly low and thus offers many traders a great advantage. Therefore, feel free to use the plug-in closure for sealing and save on adhesive flap or tape. You can save money in the process.
