Delivery is made within Germany (domestic) and to the following countries:

Shipping to German islands is generally possible.

We charge a flat shipping rate of €4.95 per order.
From an order value of €95.00 we deliver free of shipping costs.

Self-Collection
For collection at our warehouse in Cottbus, no shipping costs apply. You can pay in cash on site.
Collection is only possible by prior appointment!
Delivery Times
For goods individually designed according to customer requirements, the preparation of the correction template takes place within 3–5 days after conclusion of the contract. The execution of the design work as well as the delivery of the goods takes place within 10 days after approval of the correction template (in case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment order), unless otherwise stated in the respective offer.
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany takes place within 1–3 days, for deliveries abroad within 3–7 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment order).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods together in one shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined according to the item with the longest delivery time you have ordered. For self-collection, we will inform you by e-mail about the availability of the goods and the collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
Payment Conditions
For deliveries within Germany and abroad you have the following payment options:
- Prepayment by bank transfer
- Payment by PayPal
- Payment by credit card
- Payment by invoice with Billie for registered and approved B2B customers
Soon available:
- Payment by invoice with "Klarna Pay later" for private customers and single orders
- Payment by Sofort bank transfer

The invoice amount must be settled within 30 days when paying on account.
