Corrugated cardboard consists of at least 3 layers of strong paper, glued together: 2 liners, and in the middle a layer pressed into waves. This wave gives corrugated cardboard its name – and the high stiffness, which has made it the most popular packaging material in shipping. Corrugated cardboard is inexpensive to produce and, thanks to its high recycling rate, also environmentally friendly.

- Flexographic printing is a printing process and belongs to the direct relief printing methods. “Direct” means that the printing plate transfers the ink directly onto the substrate (e.g. film). “Relief printing” means that the elements to be printed (such as letters) are represented as raised areas on the printing plate. The flexographic printing process is versatile and can print on materials that other printing processes cannot or can only process to a limited extent.
