Start & Requirements
By placing your trust in us and ordering at least €1,000 worth of packaging material within a year, we return that trust – in the form of premium benefits.
Your premium level is based on your annual spend at Verpacking.
As soon as you reach one of the thresholds within 12 months, your status is automatically updated:

Bronze: from €1,000 annual spend

Silver: from €5,000 annual spend

Gold: from €10,000 annual spend
No – once you reach the required spend, your premium level is automatically assigned. You’ll be notified by email.
After your qualifying order, it may take up to 3 days for your premium status to be activated. You’ll receive an email confirmation from us.
Managing Your Status
Since we're interested in building a long-term partnership with you, you'll keep your premium status for as long as you continue working with us and rely on us as your packaging partner.
Once you’ve reached premium status, your benefits are guaranteed for 12 months from that point.
No worries: if your packaging needs drop during that year and you don’t meet the spending threshold for your current premium level in the following year, we won’t downgrade you immediately.
In that case, we’ll inform you first and support you throughout. If your packaging needs remain lower over time, we’ll adjust your premium level accordingly.
But: if your order volume increases again, we’ll restore your premium status as soon as the spending threshold is met.
Your spend is calculated annually.
You can view it in your customer profile – it’s also displayed next to your avatar icon in the menu.

The discount you receive depends on your order value and varies by premium level:
