Frequently asked questions
What is the maximum size of the contents?
The inner dimensions of 230 x 340 mm apply to flat items with no significant height. If your contents have real fill height, space gets tighter: the envelope has to bulge around them, which reduces the width and length. Rule of thumb: subtract the fill height plus 0.5 cm of clearance for sliding the item in from both the width and the length.

Can I send the envelope as a book or goods shipment (Büchersendung/Warensendung)?
Yes, the holes for paper fasteners are already pre-punched – so you can close the envelope unsealed for book and goods shipments.
Which sizes are available?
The range goes from A1 (inner dimensions 100 x 165 mm, A6) to K10 (350 x 470 mm, A3+/C3), each in brown and white – choose based on the inner dimensions your contents need.
How do I dispose of the envelope?
The paper and bubble wrap are easy to separate and dispose of separately.
