How do I send my design?
After ordering, you send your print data by email. Our service team will get back to you promptly; unless you specify otherwise, your design will be placed in the center.

Will I get to approve it before printing?
Yes, you'll receive a photo proof for approval before production starts.

Is there a minimum order quantity?
No, small quantities are possible too.

How do I close the box?
Simply with a strip of tape – for delicate contents, we also recommend a little padding material.

How thick can the contents be?
Up to a packing height of 17 mm.

What do I need to keep in mind with the Großbrief rate?
With a maximum outer height of 2 cm, you stay within the low-cost Großbrief rate of Deutsche Post. Note: Deutsche Post's rate structure will change from 2027 – the height stated here currently still fits the Großbrief rate.
