Frequently asked questions

What can I use the print for?
Not just for your logo: you can also have product data, an image or a short info text printed – for example usage or care instructions, a seasonal design or a QR code linking to your shop or social media channel.

What does "4-sided printing" mean?
The print wraps around all four sides of the box – your design is visible from every side.

How do I send my design?
After ordering, you send your print data by email. Our service team will get back to you promptly; unless you specify otherwise, your design will be placed in the center.

Will I get to approve it before printing?
Yes, you'll receive a photo proof for approval before production starts.

Is there a minimum order quantity?
No, small quantities are possible too.

Do I need to secure the box additionally?
We recommend additionally sealing the box with tape – that way it stays reliably secured even under heavier loads.

What is the girth and what do I need it for?
The girth is the longest side plus twice the sum of the other two sides – parcel carriers use this value to determine the shipping rate class (e.g. parcel size S/M/L).

What do I do with heavier goods?
For goods over 20 kg, we recommend a double-wall box – depending on the goods and fill level, it holds 15 to 30 kg.

Goes well with

Looking for a different size or want to skip the printing? You'll find the right option in the single-wall boxes category.
