Frequently asked questions
How do I send my artwork?
Send us your artwork as a vector file. You'll then receive a PDF proof for print approval.
How long does delivery take?
After your print approval, the delivery time is approx. 3 weeks.
Does the delivered quantity exactly match the order?
A quantity variance of approx. +/- 10% may occur. After delivery, the difference will be charged or credited accordingly.
Are there any surcharges?
For negative or full-coverage printing, the price increases by 10%.
What is the difference between standard and low-noise unwind?
The low-noise version is made of a slightly thicker film with higher adhesive strength – which makes it not only pleasantly quiet but also especially reliable when sealing. Both versions use the same proven water-based acrylic adhesive, finely matched to the respective film thickness. Ideal if, besides a quiet packing routine, maximum adhesive strength matters to you.
Does the printed tape also offer security?
Yes: if the box is opened in transit, the cut and re-taped logo tape is immediately noticeable – a simple but effective indication of possible tampering.
Does the tape still unwind quietly when printed?
The unwind behavior depends on the printed area – the larger the print, the louder even this low-noise version unwinds.
