Frequently asked questions

Which thickness is right for me?
17 µm is suitable for light boxes and goods, 20 µm is stronger for standard use, and 23 µm offers the most robust protection for heavy or delicate products on the pallet – 23 µm is also available in black if you want to keep the contents out of sight.

How do I attach the start of the film?
Simply tuck it under the load, tie it on or tape it in place – then you can unwind the roll quickly.

How do I cut the film cleanly?
The film is intentionally tear-resistant, so it can't easily be torn off by hand – it's best to cut it with scissors or a utility knife.
