Sometimes requirements change so drastically that you can no longer work with a scalpel - you need to take more radical measures. This also applies to e-commerce when it comes to the shop system being used:
New technological developments and legal requirements play a role here, as do changing market conditions or simply a smooth backend connection, such as to an inventory management system. In our case, several of these factors applied - which is why we say:

Below, we’ll explain what this means for you as a customer, what advantages it brings for you (and for us), and what you should keep in mind.

What’s new:
The new shop system is significantly faster, more stable, and more user-friendly. It also meets the legal requirements for accessibility, which we’ve enhanced with several additional features. On top of that, it integrates seamlessly with our inventory management system - allowing us to plan our processes even more efficiently and reliably than before.
Customer accounts and passwords:
All customer accounts created up to October 6, 2025 will be migrated to the new shop system - including any Premium status, if applicable.
Important: Please note that a new password must be set during your first login. You can use the "Forgot password" form. You’ll need to enter the email address you used to register your account with us.
After successfully changing your password, please log in to your account and check your details.
The migration only includes the billing address - any differing shipping addresses will unfortunately need to be entered again.
Previous orders (order history):
Unfortunately, it was not technically possible to transfer your order history. If you have questions about older or still active orders, please contact our service team. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
What’s still to come?
The new verpacking will be much more clearly structured and better organized, so you can find your desired product more easily and shop with us even more conveniently.
The most important steps in this direction have already been taken, but some improvements can only be implemented after the shop goes live. These include streamlining and reorganizing the category structure, helpful selection assistants to complement the filters, and a dynamic real-time search.
