Shipping bags with the dimensions 530 x 600 mm and a packing thickness of 50 mm can only be made of particularly tear-resistant material. These plastic bags are therefore made of 3-layer polyethylene with a thickness of 65my, which can withstand even heavy loads. In addition, the film is of course splash-proof - and completely opaque; it is not possible to see what is being delivered in the shipping bag, even against sunlight.
LDPE shipping bags are mainly used in the online trade of textiles: jackets, jumpers, towels, bed linen - all of these can easily be accommodated in the 5XL bags. But of course this packaging is also suitable for many other goods that are resistant to pressure and breakage. If you add padding material or outer cartons, you can also send goods that need more protection than clothing. For example, a shipping bag can be pulled over a Maxibrief cardboard box to protect it from moisture - or to ensure that the cardboard box is not opened unauthorised and secretly: This would require forcible removal of the tough film; and this can neither happen "by accident" nor be dismissed as transport damage. The low purchase costs of LDPE shipping bags make the robust plastic bags an ideal alternative to cardboard boxes and other packaging when there is no increased need for protection of sensitive or fragile items - or when transport insurance makes the use of parcels necessary.
IMPORTANT: Our COEX shipping bags meet the COF value according to DHL specifications (ISO 8295 friction slip value). This means that you can send our film pouches with DHL because they have a special coating.
