Why should I buy a hinged cardboard box and not a "normal" folding carton?
Because it is easier to use and quicker to pack. Moreover, you don't need any additional material like adhesive tape; not least because of the self-adhesive lid.
What should be simpler about a hinged carton?
You just have to fold it up and it is ready for the goods. With normal folding boxes, the bottom has to be closed with adhesive tape beforehand; this is not necessary with the so-called 'automatic bottom'.
I only have to send packages occasionally. Faster packing does not matter to me!
