Select boxes that reliably meet the sum rule and still allow padding clearance. For medium loads, single wall B flute is sufficient. For higher edge loads choose double wall BC.

500 × 300 × 300 mm, parcel size 500 + 300 = 800 mm, universal for mixed goods.
500 × 400 × 300 mm, parcel size 500 + 300 = 800 mm, double wall recommended for extra stability.
