How we print boxes that make an impact
High-quality digital printing: All printing is done in-house using modern digital printing technology. This ensures consistently high quality – even for small quantities or last-minute changes.
Custom design: You decide what goes on your box. Logo, text, promotional artwork, or full-surface layout – the placement is up to you. Or you can use our standard centered positioning.
2-sided or 4-sided print: Sometimes less is more. Or not. Choose between printing on two sides (typically front and back) or all four sides – depending on how much impact you want your box to have.
Full color in CMYK: You can print your design in the full CMYK color spectrum – with one exception: white. Due to technical limitations, white cannot be printed in the CMYK process.

Your checklist for your print file
1. Format & file type
- Accepted file types: PDF, EPS, TIFF, PNG, JPG
- Best: PDF or EPS with fonts converted to outlines
3. Color mode & colors
- CMYK instead of RGB
- Note: White cannot be printed
- Strong colors = better contrast on brown cardboard
- No spot colors like Pantone or metallic
2. Resolution
- Minimum: 240 dpi at actual size
- Important: No embedded logos or images
4. Print area & placement
- 2-sided or 4-sided print
- Design centered or placed according to template
- Keep content within visible print area
- At least 5 mm distance to edges
How the ordering process works
1. Choose the right printed box
Whether folding box, maxi mailer, or large letter – you choose the format, we take care of the print. Select the right quantity, add it to your cart, and place your order. The larger the quantity, the lower the price per box.
2. Send us your print file
After ordering, send your file by email to druck@verpacking.com. Accepted formats: PDF, EPS, TIFF, PNG, or JPG. Resolution should be at least 240 dpi. The best options are PDF or EPS.
3. Approve your proof photo
You’ll receive a photo of your proof in advance. Once you're happy with the result, confirm the order via email. After your approval, we’ll immediately start printing your boxes.
4. Production starts immediately after approval
Once approved, we begin production right away. Our machines work with precision and our team is efficient. Your printed boxes usually arrive within 3 to 5 working days.

In CMYK color mode, at least 240 dpi. Please convert RGB files beforehand.
Logo, slogan, brand colors – everything that should be visible. If no placement is specified, we print centered.
