Use
The Flixbox Vari is frequently used as shipping packaging for medical or promotional gifts, electronic components and similar, light to medium-weight items. The possibility of quick, stable assembly makes this shipping packaging ideal for packaging departments of large mail order companies and manufacturing companies with their own packaging and shipping logistics. Small companies can also protect their goods in it in a transport-safe and practical way. The edges of the bottom, sides and lid do not have any weak points due to the cardboard being manufactured from one piece. The cartons can therefore withstand even extreme mechanical loads without damage.
Special features
Light and medium-weight contents are safely protected by the Flixbox from mechanical transport stresses. The corrugated cardboard is cut in a safety wave cut. This minimizes a risk of injury during the assembly of the boxes. The double bottom ensures a very high load capacity. Small, heavy shipping items cannot break through even when subjected to strong vibrations. Due to the one-piece production, there are no weak points at the connecting seams, which could tear from time to time in other transport packaging. The environmentally friendly adhesive material of the closure system is also of high adhesive strength, providing additional stabilization.
Material
Corrugated cardboard in one or two layers also proves its worth as a material for the robust Flixbox. By not using a coating, the packaging material is consistently environmentally friendly. Even the adhesive used for the self-adhesive closure is made of non-toxic contents. The box is constructed from a double bottom, stable side walls and fixed lid flaps. For the closure after finished packing there is a tear-off thread on the lid. This is pre-perforated for clean tearing. The edges are punched in the safety wave cut to protect against cuts during assembly.
Assembly instructions
1. Unfold the box and fix the automatic bottom.
2. Fill and adjust the filling height as desired.
3. Close with the self-adhesive closure.
