With the Grass Line universal packaging you can quickly and environmentally friendly send many different products - from books and printed items to electronics or multimedia items. In this book packaging, your items will reach their destination quickly and safely. The practical stand-up function ensures quick packing of the goods and the flexible hinge groove optimally adapts to the height of the items to be shipped. The all-round edge protection protects the contents from impacts or transport damage. With the help of the safety wave cut, employees are protected from cuts during packaging. Closing is very quick, as the integrated self-adhesive closure eliminates the need for cumbersome packaging with adhesive tape.
Special features
The book packaging is made of environmentally friendly grass cardboard, and packaging is very fast thanks to the stand-up function in combination with the hinge creasing. Sealing with the self-adhesive seal takes less time than it would with comparable adhesive tape. Moreover, opening is very fast and convenient for the recipient with the help of the tear strip.
Material
The shipping package is made of grass cardboard: it is the mixture of corrugated cardboard with the added part of grass. Thus, less fresh fibers of the wood are used in the production. This ensures lower consumption of energy and water in production. The packaging can be completely returned to the recyclable material cycle in the paper waste.
Assembly instructions
1. You place the item to be shipped in the lower part of the book packaging and fold the cardboard hinges directly over it. The flexible height of the hinges allows you to adjust the packaging directly to the item to be shipped.
2. You then wrap the outer packaging made of sturdy corrugated cardboard twice around the goods.
3. With the self-adhesive seal on the upper edge you close the box and the practical package is ready.
4. The package can be opened very quickly and conveniently with the tear strip.
