Use
Books in large quantities are very difficult to carry and transport. Other heavy contents are also safe in the sturdy walls of the shipping box. Even movement of the items will not deform or damage the outer shell. If necessary, slip resistance can be enabled by additional use of filling material. On the transport handles, the packages can be held securely and handled well even with a lot of weight. Reuse with existing functionality is possible due to the robust nature of the cardboard. Since there are no harmful substances in the material, it can be completely recycled via paper waste.
Special features
This moving box made of sturdy, thick corrugated cardboard protects even heavy contents, for example, many books, from transport damage. So that nothing can fall out, the book box is equipped with a double transport bottom. For use, the flat form is simply folded over at the pre-stamped lines and closed at the top by nesting. Side grip holes make it easy to handle when carrying. They are also double-folded into each other for reliable tear resistance. Shock and shaking loads are reliably absorbed by the sturdy outer material.
Material
The boxes are made exclusively from recycled cardboard in single wall corrugated quality. The production from one piece with embossing at the folding points reduces the risk of cracks that could otherwise occur with heavy loads. There is a green imprint on the outer surfaces. Markings can be made on it as well as on the entire cardboard surface. Moisture in small quantities does not affect the carton much during transport and therefore does not lead to any disadvantages in stability.
Assembly instructions
1. Erect the carton lying flat and fold the double transport bottom.
2. Press the side walls to the respective side and fill the carton.
3. If necessary, label and seal.
