Use
Especially for moving and shipping of many or heavy goods, these shipping cartons are suitable. Due to the large volume and the rectangular shape, they are also ideal moving boxes. The space-saving installation is possible next to each other as well as on top of each other. Especially when stacked on top of each other, the weight is transferred via the side edges, thus relieving the load on cartons below. Minor, temporary influences due to moisture have no effect on the durability of the boxes. All components including silicone tape and self-adhesive strips are suitable for recycling.
Special features
Stable side walls, erecting bottom and easy closing solutions characterize this transport box. Self-adhesive closures are part of the equipment on the bottom and lid. High stability is additionally ensured by the insertion technology with independently locking adhesive tab. The side transport handles are doubly durable when folded and, with their oval shape, are well suited for carrying even heavy loads. Imprinted labeling panels are convenient for labeling contents, especially during moves. The stability of the bottom is ensured by a self-adhesive strip.
Material
The transport box for heavy goods is made of one piece of single wall corrugated cardboard. For the necessary folding from a flat piece to a spacious box, the edges are simply folded over at the embossments. From the bottom up, first the bottom is folded and closed, then the side walls are folded up, and finally, after filling, the lid is closed at the pre-cut tuck-in flaps. Here, the folding technique is such that each tucking doubles the already great stability.
Assembly instructions
1. With the moving box delivered flat, the first thing to do is fold the bottom to provide a stable hold.
2. For the next step, the holding tab needs to be put through the gap.
3. Now pull the protective film from the self-adhesive seal to attach the holding tab to the cardboard wall.
4. On the side wall there is an imprint for the rooms. Use a pen to mark the room to which the transport box is to be delivered.
5. Push through the transport handles on both sides so the box is ready to be carried.
